Need Money for College?
First u haf-ta FAFSA! Chances are you are eligible to receive money for college that you do not have to repay!
The first step in becoming eligible for financial aid for college is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid – the FAFSA. This form is your application for federal grants, work-study, and student loans and may also be required for some school-based scholarships, state aid, or private scholarships.
At FAFSA Day, Get2College counselors will provide seniors and their parents:
- One-on-one assistance completing the FAFSA and state grant application,
- Answers to financial aid questions, and
- Guidance on the next steps after filing the FAFSA
To participate in FAFSA Day, you must make a three-minute appointment and bring the required documents to the appointment. Sign up now for FAFSA Day on October 23, 2018, from noon to 6:00 p.m. Please contact Mrs. Lynn Scribner, counselor at (662) 289.6145 to schedule your appointment.
